the Sleep Shop Online Policies
Returns and/or Exchanges are available for select mattress lines and are described in the INFO section of each mattress.
Approval of return/exchange is predicated on the product being free from stains, unusual soiling, tears or excessive wear. We just ask for a photo to confirm the condition of the product that you purchased. Please note: all mattress orders that are exchanged before the minimum requirements of our Online policies are fulfilled, which require a 30-day minimum, are responsible for a 15% early return fee. Once an exchange is approved, we will arrange for pickup of your product, or give you a refund upon proof of donation to a non-profit charity. Toppers, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, foundations and frames are not subject to refund/exchange.
Our experts suggest you call our store to let us help you determine which mattress and level of comfort will best suit you and yours! Bill and I will make your decision as convenient as is possible.
